Story: this TV shows presents world (not future but a kind of present), in which exists conspiracy covering existence of aliens, who wish to colonize earth. Main heroes are two FBI agents, who are discovering many mysteries, not only related to aliens. However this conspiracy remains the main plot. According to this show the "junk DNA" which constitutes 97% of human DNA is in fact a DNA of aliens, which can be switched on by use of special virus.

About title: title comes from secret documents about unsolved cases of FBI.

Comment: however many episodes, where various mysteries are presented are not relevant to genetic engineering, the main story, i.e. secret colonization of Earth by aliens, is very relevant. Everything revolves around genetic engineering. This show appreciates, that genetic engineering (and genetics) is a very important, if not the most important, aspect of life. This show is very good, because it shows that aliens fight with humans by means of genetic engineering and not by using some blasters or lasers.
