Story: this movie presents future, where parents are selecting traits of their children by use of genetic engineering. Main hero is born naturally, and therefore has no access to successful career, which is reserved for genetically engineering humans. However he tricks the system and pretends to be one of them and succeeds in making the career.

About title: title "GATTACA" comes from combination of letters "G", "A", "T" and "C", which are basic componentes of genetic code contained in DNA.
